I organize portfolio review sessions for small groups of trusted fellow designers.

Founded and led the Friends of Figma chapter in Singapore for 4.5 years. Grew the community to 1000 members. Organized over 30 events to share knowledge and enable designers of all levels to support each other. Started and ran the community Discord server for 1 year.
